Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund — and returns are free.

How to start a return: Email hello@velvetmagnoliaco.com with your order number and we'll email you a prepaid return label. Pack the item, attach the label, and drop it off — there's no return shipping cost to you.

Items should be unworn/unused with tags on.

Refunds: Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges: Need a different size or color? Start a return and place a new order — that gets the right piece to you fastest.
