Every order ships free in the U.S. — free shipping is on every order, no minimum. Pieces stocked in the U.S. arrive in 2–5 business days. Some pieces ship from a partner warehouse and take a little longer; we would rather be straight with you about that than promise a date we cannot keep.

Returns & exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to return a piece — and returns are free. Start it from your order in your account, or email hello@velvetmagnoliaco.com to start a return, and we will email you a prepaid return label; just pack the piece, attach the label, and drop it off — return shipping is on us. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after your return arrives and is checked. For an exchange, return the original piece and place a new order for the size or color you want.
